The location was great for exploring. the staff was helpful. They quickly addressed a request i had. the breakfast was good and offered variety.
The room was noisy at times. I could hear sounds from the kitchen. the shower had a sewer smell. I had to ventilate the room often. the gym was on the roof. It was hot during the day.

I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. the room was interesting with unique decor. the central location was excellent. the breakfast included was delicious. I especially enjoyed the pastries!!!

I liked the central location of the hotel. It was a short walk to many shops. the breakfast had many options. i appreciated the complimentary minibar with drinks and snacks. It was restocked daily.
the gym was on the roof and had limited equipment.

staff at the front desk offered luggage assistance to my room. reception was available 24 hours. the staff quickly addressed a minor issue with the room lighting.

Acceptable stay with significant drawbacks
missing mirror non-functional tv
The staff were friendly and helpful.
My room seemed like an afterthought. There was no full-length mirror. There was a suspicious substance on the shower head. the tv did NOT work (no channels at all).

underwhelming room experience
missing hook shower head
the staff provided a friendly service which i found acceptable.
The room reminded me of a shell. there was suspicious substance on the shower head. also, there were no hooks in the bathroom and no toilet roll holder. This was quite inconvenient.
