underwhelming room experience
friendly staffmissing hookshower head
the staff provided a friendly service which i found acceptable.
The room reminded me of a shell. there was suspicious substance on the shower head. also, there were no hooks in the bathroom and no toilet roll holder. This was quite inconvenient.
